Quality in the details
We take pride in careful workmanship and in understanding the practical needs of each project.
BUILT BY FAMILY. FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
Local roots.
Shared purpose.
IAKO-ROH is a family-founded construction company in Port Vila, brought together by a shared passion for building.
OUR STORY
Building dreams
starts with people.
Our family came together with a shared vision: to build safe, durable and thoughtfully made spaces for the community we call home.
That vision became IAKO-ROH Construction. With quality, integrity and care at the heart of our work, we began taking on projects that brought our passion for building into everyday life.
Our residential building project marked an early step in that journey. Today, we bring the same commitment to conversations about new homes, repairs and the plans that come before construction.

WHAT GUIDES OUR WORK
Care you can build on.
The way we work matters as much as what we build.
Integrity in the process
Clear conversations about scope, expectations and next steps help build trust from the beginning.
Community at the centre
We’re building where our roots are. Local needs and the people who use each space shape our purpose.
