Our residential building journey begins
In January 2024, IAKO-ROH announced the start of a residential construction project that reflected our family’s shared commitment to quality and durability.
The project brought together our passion for building and our ambition to create thoughtfully made spaces for the community we serve.
Building with local conditions in mind
Our original announcement highlighted weather resilience as an important part of the project’s aims. In Vanuatu, planning a home means considering its site, structural requirements, materials and the conditions it will face.
Those considerations are specific to each building. Our project archive follows the work as it developed, from the early structure through later exterior progress.
